Job Description:
- Build and maintain close relationships with key customers in the MT channel to implement programs that introduce products into supermarket/store chains.
- Manage and expand the customer base within the assigned region and develop new key accounts.
- Understand the functions, benefits, pricing, and advantages of the company’s products as well as competitors' products.
- Negotiate sales contracts and establish commercial terms with supermarket/store chains in line with the investment policies approved by the company, ensuring the necessary advantages as a major supplier partner.
- Keep track of the development plans of key accounts, understand operational processes, and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with direct management to ensure business objectives are met.
- Review growth commitments with each system, supermarket/store chain, and organize regular customer meetings to assess business performance, sales results against targets, and take timely actions to achieve the plan.
- Monitor and enforce the effective execution of contractual terms with customer systems.
- Ensure the effective implementation of sales programs, achieving strong growth, and maintaining a competitive advantage in product display compared to competitors.
- Collaborate closely with relevant functional departments within the company to execute tasks and control effectiveness.
- Monitor and control contract documentation, accounts payable, and commitments with customer systems to avoid losses and damages to the company.
- Manage the e-commerce channel (Tiki, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) and engage with major customers as required by senior management or the Board of Directors.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management/directors.
Job Requirements:
- Gender: Male.
- Age: Under 30 years old.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Languages: Good command of English is an advantage.
- Preferred Candidates: Those with experience in introducing products to supermarket chains, retail chains, FMCG companies, and convenience store chains.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
