Each year, HCP organizes trips for relaxation and vacation to provide team members with a well-deserved break from the pressures of work. Additionally, these trips serve as an opportunity for team bonding, strengthening relationships, and fostering a sense of camaraderie. This annual trip is an integral part of the company culture, where everyone can explore new destinations, learn, and experience new things, thereby enhancing creativity and teamwork.
In 2024, our trip was held in Nha Trang, a coastal city in Khanh Hoa province, known for its stunning natural landscapes, long beaches, clear blue waters, and pleasant tropical climate year-round.
Throughout the trip, HCP team members had the chance to participate in many exciting and meaningful activities. One of the most popular events was the teambuilding program held at TTC Dốc Lết. The physical games and challenges helped everyone improve their teamwork skills, boost cooperation, encourage individual participation, and unleash creativity, while also providing an opportunity for employees to mingle and share fun stories.
The trip also allowed everyone to explore the majestic natural beauty of the area. We visited Hon Tam, a pristine island with crystal-clear waters and breathtaking scenery. Here, team members could relax under the shade of coconut trees, swim, try water sports such as windsurfing, kayaking, or simply unwind in the refreshing waters. It was also the perfect spot to capture beautiful photos with the stunning natural beauty of Nha Trang.
During lunch on the yacht, we savored delicious dishes with distinctive, rich flavors of the coastal region. The moments spent on the yacht were wonderful opportunities to relax, enjoy nature, and recharge for the remaining activities of the trip.
The trip concluded with a cozy gala dinner at a restaurant. This was a chance for all company members to enjoy Nha Trang’s local specialties, interact with one another, and share memories from the trip. Prizes and meaningful awards were presented to individuals and teams who excelled in the team-building activities, creating a joyful and motivating atmosphere for everyone.
