supermarket\/store chains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and expand the customer base within the assigned region and develop new key accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the functions, benefits, pricing, and advantages of the company\u2019s products as well as competitors' products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate sales contracts and establish commercial terms with supermarket\/store chains in line with the investment policies approved by the company, ensuring the necessary advantages as a major supplier partner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep track of the development plans of key accounts, understand operational processes, and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with direct management to ensure business objectives are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review growth commitments with each system, supermarket\/store chain, and organize regular customer meetings to assess business performance, sales results against targets, and take timely actions to achieve the plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and enforce the effective execution of contractual terms with customer systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the effective implementation of sales programs, achieving strong growth, and maintaining a competitive advantage in product display compared to competitors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with relevant functional departments within the company to execute tasks and control effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and control contract documentation, accounts payable, and commitments with customer systems to avoid losses and damages to the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the e-commerce channel (Tiki, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) and engage with major customers as required by senior management or the Board of Directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other related tasks as assigned by management\/directors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gender: Male.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age: Under 30 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Languages: Good command of English is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred Candidates: Those with experience in introducing products to supermarket chains,
