Job description:

  • Building and maintaining close relationships with key customers in the MT channel to implement the program to bring goods to the supermarket/chain store system.
  • Manage and expand the customer system in the assigned area and develop new key systems.
  • Grasp the functions, effects, prices and advantages of the company's products as well as competitors' products.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and establish commercial terms with supermarket systems / chain stores according to the investment policy approved by the company, ensuring the advantages needed of a large supply partner.
  • Grasp the development plans of key systems and clearly understand operating processes to propose appropriate solutions to direct management, to ensure committed business goals.
  • Review the growth commitments with each system, each supermarket/chain, and organize periodic customer meetings to evaluate business performance, revenue results compared to the set and set targets. Timely actions to complete the plan.
  • Effectively monitor and enforce contract terms signed with customer systems.
  • Ensure sales programs are deployed effectively, achieve good growth and always have a competitive advantage in product display compared to competitors.
  • Coordinate closely with relevant functional departments in the company to implement work and control effectively.
  • Monitor and control signed contract documents, debts and commitments with customer systems to avoid loss and damage to the company.
  • Manage e-commerce channels (Tiki, Lazada, Shopee...) and work with large customers when requested by superiors and the Board of Directors.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by management/Director.

Job requirements:

  • Gender: Male
  • Age: under 30 years old
  • University majoring in Business Administration and Marketing.
  • Experience equivalent to 2 years or more.
  • Proficiency in office computer.
  • Good English is an advantage.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in bringing goods into supermarkets, chain stores, fast-moving consumer companies, and convenience chains.
  • Good communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.

Right:

  • Trial for 1-2 months.
  • Basic salary: From 9,000,000 (depending on capacity) + Monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses according to the company's business policy.
